Teebaud Anti Skid Mat Underlays

Even the toughest of entrance mats can be susceptible to slipping on slick surfaces such as tiles and marble. The Teebaud nonskid rug underlays are the only anti-skid rug pads that work on all kinds of surfaces including carpets and tiles.

Teebaud non-skid underlays for mats feature a unique construction of two different polyester fibers needle-punched together and coated, on both sides, with a specially formulated water-based pressure sensitive dry adhesive.

The two components of these Teebaud anti slip mat underlays contain 12 ounces of fiber per square yard, gives to the pad enough body and density to resist the horizontal movement that creates the buckling effect of the underlay.

These anti-skid mat underlays also feature a heavier than regular fibre weight, effectively creating a light cushioning effect that allows the mat and the underlay to breathe together without the risk of oxidation or discoloration to any of the flooring surfaces.

On Wall to Wall Carpeting:

• Cut the anti-slip rug underlay about 1” – 3” smaller than the mat to be placed on it.
• Remove the plastic release liner.
• Place the white side down facing the carpet below
• Place the mat on the Teebauds grey surface facing up.

On Smooth Floors:

• Cut the anti-slip rug underlay about 1” – 3” smaller than the mat to be placed on it.
• Remove the plastic release liner.
• Place the grey side down facing the smooth floor below
• Place the mat on the Teebauds white surface facing up.

If several pieces are required, simply place the Teebaud pieces next to each other below the mat. Taping or slicing is not necessary.
